I ordered a medium cold brew this afternoon and the coffee is so bitter and not edible. My friend got the same. I ordered the same drink last week and I was in love with the taste. So I took my friend today with me but I was so embarrassed. Big mistake, I wonder why the taste is not consistent. Either the coffee is too old or someone has no idea how to make cold brew. Me and my friend had to discard the whole coffee. So disappointed with coffee and waste of money.

I came twice in the morning with my friends we order Coffee latte but we change it twice they did not do it perfectly . I thing the staff in the morning different than evening they always being late to preparing the orders .

Can't go with Dunkin'... The service is never great. However, the coffee is... When the coffee is good, the service can go to hell. Let me take that back... There was a very nice lady... She gave me my coffee and was very pleasant.
