I dont see many people swimming, mostly walking in the water to cool off. Some do have tubes, but just to chill in the river.
I'd be pretty careful swimming where people fish. I've had nightmares of walking or swimming through a fishing line with hooks in it.
You can but it is kind of shallow and seems like runoff from some of the Cities stuff, if you know what I mean. Most of the year it's really cold but, people float it in the summer!
