The bike path runs right through the park. Being an avid cyclist myself, I can appreciate the easy access to and from it. Clean and well maintained.

Questions & Answers

I went to the one that is near the one near the electrical tower and we couldn't catch a fish it seem like I couldn't even get a bite. So I recommend walking down the path to the river which should have better fishing.

Is squatting allowed in the parking lot? There's a guy with a four by four and a separate RV . I used to come by a couple times a week but this guy seems to be parking to make sure nobody else can get in. He's been parked for about a week.

I live close to here and there is a large homeless camp here. Often find used syringes and other sorts of drug pariphinalia strewn about. It is a beautiful area wish they could keep it cleaned up. Water is filthy with trash scattered about the shoreline. I saw a man fishing there one day he would use a brand new rubber glove for every time he would bait his hook and then he would throw his rubber glove in the water. Not on the shore in the water. I let him know how i felt about it.

No it's free

I went fishing here the first three years it became a park. Is it still good for Bass and Sunfish? People tend to keep everything they catch. Bass take a long time to grow in this state.

My grandson and I have caught large bass every year so the state must be doing a hood job at this lake. A lot of work started in the area last year and the pond is being changed drastically so I am hoping this can still be good this Spring but I'm not holding my breath.

Can I shoot in this spot with out getting any trouble
