A A Truth Be Told
It's still a nice place to take your kiddos probably can't stay too long tho. It needs to be cleaned up a bit. Sad to see the homeless there camped out in abandoned looking vehicles. Trash in the water... Port-o+ Pottys were as disgusting as can be.

Lots of car living folks folks here. I do not get the safest vibe. But, it is close and this park should be retaken by the good people of Harvey Park south. The creek is there!! Peace and love ❤️

This is a very clean park. It has tables and some are covered for picnics. There is Johnny on the spots but the restrooms are still closed. The water fountain is still off. There is a creek near by that I have seen people fishing in and kids wadding in. The bike path goes thur to one side so it's easy to ride here. There is a big open space for soccer, frisbee or kite flying. They also have a small splash pad here as well but I have never seen it in action. Very nice place to play.

Other than the creek I'm not sure about what you are referring to. There is no water amusement park at this park. I believe the response that followed mine is not for this park but is instead for Bear Creek Lake State Park. They are two different parks but the description given fits that park more than Bear Creek Park which is a Denver County park.
