Might be looking at a trespassing charge if you get caught on the mountain before its open. I'm not sure what that fine would be at WC. If you were In summit county (Keystone-Breck) it might be less than a lift ticket ($125)! Good luck and don't get caught

More than likely. They have a locked gate to the main lodge area.
