My advice for this park is to avoid the water/electric only sites. They are just dirt sites with some gravel that turns muddy when it rains. These sites are close together with the RVs parking in opposing directions which puts you and your neighbors sitting areas facing each other and very close together. We had a family pull in next to us and promptly spread out into our side of the two sites. We left a day early. The sites toward the river did seem much larger and nicer so I would recommend spending the extra money and getting into one of the full hookup sites.

Beautiful location! The best spots are the forties spots along the river. These spots have pads next to the level gravel spots. My family put chairs in the river and enjoyed the beautiful, cool setting Clean park, great service, well-maintained. The picture of the river was taken from my trailer window.

From the beginning to the end this place was awesome. The staff is top friendly and keep this place safe 24/7. Don’t come here thinking Party time. 10 is quite time and I love they enforce it. Family’s along with furry friends are welcome and will have a wonderful time. I fished for three days and didn’t catch nothing in the pond. But it was still fun(A bad day fishing beats any day at work) come and enjoy your fellow RVers.

The campground was clean, quiet, family & pet friendly. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The moment we checked in, we felt right at home. We had a space next to the pond and it was beautiful and peaceful. Fishing was allowed at the pond (no fishing license needed). They have a walking trail around the pond and next to the river which was very peaceful and we were able to take our dog with us. The campgrounds are approximately 10-15 minutes from Pagosa Springs downtown. We would definitely return.

I can't find a phone number. The number posted is to the municipal offices don't have a good number thank you. We will visit another place
They have many different sizes. When you call for reservations tell them what you need and they will accommodate you.
How much for a small cabin?
It's a nice campground. Good 4x4 trails.
As with everywhere it depends on what you want (full hookups vs primitive) pagosa Springs also has a discount for a one week rental. I think we paid around $350 for a week last season. It was worth it. If you're looking for low price try Ute Campground on the other end of Pagosa Springs. It's a rustic no showers no hookups pit toilet campground but the price is right and it's a nice convenient campground
No.
I believe it's on the right of the main road back in site with hill behind. Treed.
Call the campground. They are great people
Not necessarily unless you want #56 by the san juan river or its a holiday weekend
They do have cabins, check out my pics for more details. I saw dogs there. I can't remember the prices.
Can't answer that. Call them.
We tent camp here. $30/night I believe is what we paid in 2017 in July. We love it! Great water access, clean bathrooms, paddle boats, and close to town!
