Ok, the place is rundown, there is an occasional fertilizer smell and there is not a drop of water in sight. However, it is half the price of the other RV parks, the staff are nice, the bathrooms are clean and the sites are fairly level. You get what you pay for and is good enough for a couple nights and you use the savings for Boot Hill.

I called ahead, she put us in a shaded spot with a sewer hookup, picnic table and doves in our tree. They were cool. Very friendly. Clean park. Clean bathroom and shower area with code to enter, secure. Laundry mat on site and a block over is a playground for the kids. Very quiet park a lot of working men so they go to bed early. Stayed 2 days.

First I might say that the woman on the phone was very friendly. And that’s where the good news ends. We made a reservation last minute and upon our arrival found mud, potholes and overgrown weeds - like no other “campground” we have ever stayed in. Not a taken care of place whatsoever. In fact - as we were creeping Thru all the puddles and holes, the front wheels of our toad got turned and locked sideways. They then were locked up and we had to disconnect, and call a tow truck. We did not stay there. Too dangerous for our MH. and actually a creepy overall vibe. We actually thought we had made a mistake upon our arrival, thinking there is no way someone considers this a campground.

Dodge City, Kanas - Water Sports, no longer has it's Lake. There are still some trailers here from when this is to be the watering hole for the area. Over 100 plus sites. Many 30 amp less 50 amps, water at every site and a dump station. Like many other parks in this region the burs are here too. Laundry Room good for small to medium sized items. Bath house has codes and are in the need of a little TLC, but are clean. Great price. They made a fresh pot of coffee for is before we left. Customer Service is awesome. Will be back.
