First day beginner ski package is $74 First day beginner snowboard package is $77
Wolf Creek has a couple of options for beginners depending on whether they prefer group or private lessons. One of our more popular program for adults is the First Day Beginner package. This package includes an all-day lift ticket to the Nova and Lynx Lifts (beginner lifts), four hours of professional instruction (from 10 a.m. to noon, and from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.) and access to the Raven, Elma and Charity Lifts after 3 p.m. Skiers will learn how to glide in a wedge and come to controlled stops, while snowboarders learn to heel-slip and stop. Upon acquiring these skills, students will then learn how to load and unload the beginner lifts and navigate green terrain. Does not include equipment rental. Private lessons are available for individuals or for small groups of up to 5 people. Rates for individuals are $105 per hour, and a second person can be included fro $53 an hour. More details about lessons can be found by visiting WolfCreekSki.com
The first day beginner ski (or snowboarding) package includes a lift ticket! It would be silly not to do it if it's your first time. If you're snowboarding ask for Mark, he's great.
As T Rogan said. You can sign up online here: https://wolfcreekski.com/beginner-skisnowboard-school-group-lessons/ On slow days, you can also sign up when you get there at the ticket office. Highly recommend you go on an off day - I did this and ended up with 6 hours of private lessons because I was the only one in the class! Had me going from never having skied before to a couple few blue runs in one day!
