From their website "WE DO NOT HAVE HELMETS OR CLOTHING FOR RENT Helmets and ski clothes are for sale at Treasure Sports" but Docs sports in south fork does and i believe a few places in pagosa.
You can rent them in South Fork for $5-7 a day depending on size and which ski shop you choose.
They do in town, not at Wolf Creek.
The ski shops in Pagosa Springs do rent helmets.
I think Ski and Bow in Pagosa Springs rents helmets. They are also a great place to rent skis and boots.

Places don't normally rent helmets, I know they don't at wolf creek. Perhaps in town, I doubt it though.
