We had an appointment at 10 am and we were done no later then 11:30 so pretty quick but make sure you have all your paper work in order have your birth certificate when you go cause when I went to get my license license renewed I didn't have it and I waited for like an hour and had to leave and come back with it or a passport is ok also.
I was there at 2:30p and they were done with same day appointments, so if you want to try without an appointment, I would also recommend going as soon as possible and being prepared to wait.
You can do it without an appointment, however they don't always accept people without appointments
We went at 400pm and was out by 430pm
Yes you will need an appointment to do it faster. By having an appointment you can avoid a long wait time.
Yes, if you go early you will get a same day appointment. Like 5-6 am early they be lined up already
