Does my dog have to be leash off or can I go with my dog still leashed?

You do not have to have your dog leashed as long as it is under control. Feel free to keep your critter leashed as well

I've seen people with dogs on leash. I think the park is large enough that you can walk alone if not wanting to socialize your dog.

Even though off-leash is allowed (and is the attraction) we sometimes go on-leash if dogs aren't listening. It's still a beautiful and expansive park. It's quite reasonable for a long run or mountain bike ride with the dog.
