In my opinion it depends on the person's disability because as a previous person staying at the lights and the noise could be an issue especially if autism is one of those disabilities. Other than that I would say give it a shot and if it doesn't work out there's a carousel and other things to do in the mall.

Depending on the disability. I have a child with SPD and APD and he did okay, but there are light changes and noise.
