I stopped in and asked a question to the manager. He was rude, inappropriate and condensing in the first introduction. I was willing to spend some money on some nice shirts but I quickly decided to go the extra 10 minutes to KOP mall where I would get better service. The manager sets the precedent for the customer services in the store so I’d imagine it’s honestly worth the extra drive to be treated kindly - and feel better where you’re spending your money.

Save yourself the headache and go to a different location. The people that work here are not friendly, not willing to help/not helpful, and are completely unorganized. Just absolutely terrible experiences more than once, we won’t give them another chance. They messed up wedding party suits resulting in multiple unnecessary trips/frustration. I recently called because we need a suit asap and the man on the phone couldn’t bother to check if they had any black suits in the correct size before we came all the way down there. Meanwhile I called the location in Airport Square and they checked immediately while I was on hold so was able to get it there.

Exceptional service beginning to end! We took our son to get his first suit. I made an appointment online, in case the store was busy, to expedite the process. When we arrived we were greeted and "handed off" to David for assistance. We gave him the color and fit we wanted, and he immediately knew what to pull. Got it perfect within the first 2 or 3 options. We picked up the suit a week later after alterations (only minor since the fit was almost perfect from the start) and Wow! Also, the woman who did the alterations did an amazing job. I wish I could remember her name (she worked Sunday 2/6/22.) David is an asset to the company. It's hard to find someone with such a good eye, who really knows menswear. Even though he is an older gentleman, he knew exactly what was a contemporary look for an older teen to wear these days. My son is very happy, and that says it all! Thank you!

David was friendly and fun! He helped my son and me pick out a fantastic suit ... the works. Ask him to sing your favorite Phyllis Hyman song. You'll enjoy it!
