14 registers not one open . One overworked person working 7 self checkouts on their own with a huge line wrapping around the corner. I hope management is having fun with the bonus checks they get from all the money theyre saving by having only one employee to checkout the entire customer base

Very organized and well stocked does not accept WIC but accepts EBT some items are reasonably priced while majority of it is a little pricey. CVS is also located inside while it's only a pharmacy it still has a lot of items as well. Starbucks is inside as soon as you walk in temptation 😂

I went into the Target on Chemical Rd in Plymouth Meeting PA to do a simple return transaction that turned into a 30 plus minute ordeal of waiting on a manger who took their time to tell me that they could not help me. I purchased an GoPro Hero 8 and a GoPro Hero 9 seven days ago. I kept the GoPro Hero 9 and wanted to return the GoPro Hero 8. I purchased both GoPros from a Target in Miami last week who had excellent customer service and the associate that helped me even made sure that I knew their name and was great to deal with. However, the associates in the Target in Plymouth Meeting appeared to have no interest in helping me return the item for only reasons that I can assume… I did not have my receipt but I had all the information on my Target app with the original credit card that I used and purchase and receipt information. They refused to return the item because they said they could not see the serial number on the original box even though the serial number was right on the item. So basically at this location they did not want to verify the item in the most secure way but instead said they can only verify the item through a method that is highly unreliable like validating expensive items through only external packaging.. I wasted over 30 minutes of my time and decided maybe they just did not want to assist me for “unknown” reasons and went to another Target and the item was returned in less than a few minutes. There was definitely a failure of customer service at the Plymouth Meeting Target and being that the manager was so unhelpful within the seconds that I spoke with her it makes sense that the associates that I dealt with would be the same way. Terrible experience and I do not recommend!…

This is a nice place to shop. My most recent experience there was pleasant… I needed to clean my hands immediately and was looking for some hand sanitizer but I couldn’t find the hand sanitizing station( not sure if they have them) but I asked an employee who was walking past me.. she stopped what she was doing to go get a bottle of hand sanitizer and gave me a few pumps… it was her own .. I wish I knew her name..
