You have 24 hrs from when you place your order to pick up. As for how soon, I think it depends on which time slot is available. But I think it's normally 4 hrs or so from the time you place your offer

Why is there a sales department who can't sell me stock they are confirming for me are available for sale? Also, why does the website confirm for me that items are in stock but not available for sale online? I'm confused.
