This location is wonderful. Extremely kind staff that always create a warm and relaxing environment. I primarily come for facials and Montischa is spectacular. Cannot say enough nice things about her and her technique. I never feel like I’m just another appointment with her - it feels specialized and thorough for my skin’s needs. Sam is another wonderful esthetician. Similarly, she’s so sweet and fairly certain I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during our session. She also provided me with really good suggestions on skin care. I love having Conshy Hand & Stone as my getaway.

I went to get a Facial with Samantha and my skin feels (and looks) so flawless and smooth! She asked me about my skin concerns and even educated me on the pros and cons of the products I was using day to day! Highly recommend going to see her on your next Self-Care Sunday.

If you're going to ANY Hand & Stone location, it is THIS ONE! It's like my second home. The staff remembers me and my boyfriend every time and they are SO friendly. We have memberships so we come once a month and we are treated amazing the second we walk in. We rotate between facials, massages, back facials, etc. Most recently, we had a couples massage. Currently I am rescheduling our next appointment because I accidentally scheduled the wrong date and they are texting me being so helpful and accommodating. If you're getting a massage, go to JAMES. He books up fast and he is SO amazing. If you're getting a facial, go to Kiara! I was hesitant when it came to scheduling my facials here because I was going somewhere in the city monthly but it felt silly spending double the money every month for a hand & stone membership & paying for a facial elsewhere. James referred me to Ki and she's been AMAZING! I can't recommend this Hand & Stone location enough.

Today was my first time at Hand and Stone. I booked my appointment online and when I arrived, I was greeted by Maddie at the front desk. She was friendly and checked me in super quickly. I was told Patti will be giving me my massage. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I liked that she explained what she was doing and why throughout my visit. She asked me for my preferences on everything and really personalized my experience. She did a wonderful job, I’ve already booked my second appointment with her - highly recommend!
