Lori Van Sickle is the best, she is very nice and down to earth, not your typical luxury salesperson who look down on you for whatever reasons. I really enjoyed the experience of the whole process. The only person that I wasn’t a big fan of is the Finance Manger, his name is Bob. I don’t think that his personality and demeanor are on par and aligned with Porsche’s philosophy. He’s the reason why I might not come back there for another Porsche.

I had an emergency tire repair on my tow vehicle days before a track event, local tire places were a week out for an appointment. Matt was able fit me in right away. While it was there the technician discovered my tires were wearing unevenly and got it aligned. Track weekend saved. The bonus surprise was the car was vacuumed and washed when we pick it up, all within a few hours from when I made the call. Thanks again!!

Michael at the porsche dealership is super helpful and professional! He explained everything very clearly and made the entire process quick and easy for us. He even went the extra mile to secure a rental car that wasn't originally planned for this service. 5 star service!

I did not have a pleasant experience with this Porsche dealership. I presented my Cayenne for it's 20k service and also requested my speaker be looked at for some noises that were coming from it. After a second visit they confirmed they needed to replace the speaker and I was told it was ordered. The car was picked up by the valet to take in for the speaker replacement in the morning of the third visit and when I called later in the day the work was not completed and I told them I needed the car back. When the car was returned my sunglasses had been stolen and my center console was strewn. They made it right by paying for sunglass replacements however did not offer to reschedule the speaker appointment until I asked. On the fourth visit I delivered the car in the morning and called again in the afternoon to check on the progress only to be told that the speaker needed to be ordered. After a frustrating few minutes I was then told they had the speaker but the car would not be done that day. The next day I was finally able to pickup the car and went on my way. I did not even think to look at my center console until I was on down the road only to find that it was AGAIN strewn with my belongings. Something is wrong with the service at this location. When there was a problem they were attentive but it was a real struggle just to get someone to give you answers and to stay on top of your vehicle. Will most likely not go here again.
