The only reason I purchased here was because they had the model and trim that I wanted. Otherwise, the entire experience at Conicelli Toyota was absolutely terrible. Go to a better Toyota dealer like Peruzzi, they have no markup and a much better buyer experience. Conicelli marks their cars up over MSRP ($2500 for a Highlander). My salesperson, Juned (if you get him, request another salesperson), said they would remove the markup and only charge MSRP. What they then do is drastically undervalue your trade (below KBB trade-in values) to make up for "not having a markup". After pointing out that they devalued my trade below KBB by the exact markup price, they try to tell you that KBB isn't an accurate representation of your trade price. They'll come back and add an extra $1,000 to your trade to make it seem like they're being fair, but that just brings things to their internet markup price of $1,500. You're still getting the bad end of the deal here. So make sure to get your trade value before talking pricing. They try to force their Conicelli Protection Package on you despite multiple refusals. After making it clear I didn't want to pay for the package, we agreed upon a price for the vehicle I wanted. Once the car came in to the dealership, they changed the paperwork on me to include the $1,600 protection package that I previously declined. After pointing this out, the sales person insisted that I would be paying the same monthly payment with the new higher price, which is mathematically impossible and false. He also told me that the finance rate changed that day and was better than what he quoted me at a few days prior (this was his logic for the same monthly payment), even though the rate was the exact same and written on paperwork he previously gave me. From there we had to have them modify multiple sales documents to reflect the correct information. The cars you purchase are somehow dirty when you pick them up after being detailed. How do door jambs and wheel wells get full of mud if it was just detailed? This is a long winded way to say they're a terrible dealership, with terrible sales staff that lie and try to change things on you hoping you won't notice. Go to another Toyota dealership, you'll be much happier and walk away with a few thousand extra dollars in your pocket.

Working with Evan Marceau was an absolute pleasure! Evan is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process was seamless and Evan went above and beyond to make sure I got to take my new Highlander home same day. I highly recommend you talk to Evan Marceau at Conicelli if you are considering buying a new or previously owned vehicle!

They sell vehicles at over MSRP - don't buy! There are other dealerships who do not do that.

Chances are very good that we already have it. Our lot is MUCH smaller than our total inventory of over 500 new Toyotas. Give us a call at 1-888-Conicelli and tell us exactly what you're looking for. If we don't have it, we can probably get it within a couple days.
Congratulations! You're in luck, because Toyota offers a $500 Graduate Rebate towards ANY new Toyota! You just have to graduate within the next 6 months, or have graduated in the last 2 years. And that's not only for 4-year colleges, 2-year degree programs at community colleges or trade/technical schools are eligible, too. The friendly folks at Conicelli Toyota will be happy to assist you in narrowing down your options and getting you financed.
Conicelli Toyota has a total of 8 hybrid vehicles available, including Highlander Hybrid and the new RAV4 Hybrid, too.
Yes, you can choose from a variety of Toyota vehicles. If you're thinking you need a rental car because you're dropping off your car for service, don't forget that there's a complimentary Service Shuttle that will take you anywhere within ten miles.
I don't work there. I got a 2011 Honda Accord. Love it. If you decide to go, ask for Harold Brown and let him know I sent you. MonaLisa Brundidge
