After reading the reviews (more importantly the negative ones) could someone tell me: 1. Is a down payment needed (although the person on the phone tell you it isn't)? 2. Do they give you the run-around? 3. Are they honest? Or full of it?

May depends on credit I put down $250. They for the most part are honest, but its good to have someone who is sold cars too, which I did.
