My name is Kiah, and I recently purchased a car on 8/20/22 from Conicelli Autoplex. In May, I got into a car accident and my car was unfortunately deemed a total loss. So for three months I was having issues getting to dealerships to see a car that I was interested in, because of a lack of a car. I also was having trouble obtaining an approval for financing because I went through the insurance process, and had to wait for my insurance company to pay off my totaled out car off. Other dealerships were telling me that I needed a "Total Loss" letter from my insurance company. I contacted Conicelli on Thursday, and Chris Bouzikas contacted me right away. He also understood my situation, being in between cars and going through the insurance process. He was able to get me an approval without needing the total loss letter. On Saturday (two days after initial contact) I was able to get to Conicelli Autoplex via a Lyft service that Conicelli provides to people who are not in the area (I currently am in the Lehigh Valley Area) and don't have a ride to the Autoplex. Literally 1.5 hours after I arrived, I was driving off the lot with a really good car. I highly recommend Conicelli Autoplex to EVERYONE, regardless of your situation. They will find something to work for you. Chris is awesome!!
