I have been a car owner with Conicelli for 10 years. For the last 2 years I been having problems in service department. I needed work done on my 2015 Santa Fe GLS. I have extended warranty. They will not honor Car shield warranty. they had a problem of getting paid from Car Shield. I purchase a 2021 Palisades calligraphy last year. So they told me they will not honor car shield warranty they have the right. I told Pat, service manager that I will take all of my business elsewhere even my new car. I will never never go back to Conicelli Hyundai. Think twice going to Conicelli. with the service department

Nothing showing on https://www.cars.com/recalls/hyundai-genesis-2015/ or https://www.autoblog.com/buy/2015-Hyundai-Genesis/recalls/ or any other site I can find. I do see a recall for a water leak into the rear lights/taillights. I recommend calling them.
And what kind of condition it is in... Make sure it is clean inside and out, deodorize the interior, have the service records and don't let the trade in value keep you from getting the new car you want. I made the mistake once going with a dealer that gave me a little more for the trade in but ended up being HORRIBLE after the sale. Just purchased a 2018 Elantra GT from Conicelli Hyundai and will never go to any other dealer again. Ask for TJ Smith... he'll get you to the best deal AND buying experience.
