I have been a satisfied customer of John Kennedy Ford of Conshohocken through 5 different cars. The service has always been easy to schedule and accurately estimated in the time it would take as well as the cost if the vehicle was out of warranty. I have gone back to them repeatedly because they deliver. We love our Ford Mustang Mach-e. We waited a fairly long time for delivery, but, we were made aware of this from the beginning. It was worth waiting for.

We have been faithful customers of John Kennedy Ford of Conshohocken since our first Ford Expedition purchase in 2005. Since my last post, I have received correspondence from the owner, the manager, and a sales representative, all stating an apology, taking ownership, claiming accountability, and most importantly recognizing that tweaks needed to be made with their communication methods. In my opinion, that is a staple of a "Class A Dealership" and I want to thank John Kennedy Ford for taking my former correspondence seriously.

Bought a used truck last year and they let me drive out of there with the bare minimum left on my brakes and rotors. 2500 miles later I find out the hard way that all the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced. If JOHN KENNEDY FORD would have been up front about it, I would've had them replaced before I ever drove it home. I feel that it was irresponsible/sneaky of them to give me no warning.

As directed by the CDC and the State of Pennsylvania, all guests must wear face masks, and we are following social distancing policies. Throughout the dealership, we have sanitizer stations, barriers that separate employee and customer interaction, and handling sales and service remotely if desired.
