I got a good price on a travel towel which I love. Things are normally overpriced for me as on many occasions I have found the exact same clothing item cheaper. But they do have a very good assortment of outdoor products.

I went to REI to get a cargo box the gentleman Will was so kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Even helped me install as I had my 1 year old son with me..he told me everything i needed to know and even suggestions..If I need anything else I will definitely be going back to them.

I called Customer Service to see if certain locations had a product I needed. Kyra was amazing. It was close to closing time, and yet she was so cheerful and helpful. It really set REI and their employees apart. I love this company!! Plus the location and its store are great! Highly recommend.
