Why is there a sales department who can't sell me stock they are confirming for me are available for sale? Also, why does the website confirm for me that items are in stock but not available for sale online? I'm confused.

First I would try to speak to the Manager of the Sales Department and question the Web site items. Now when I looked up my items online. When I went to the store all items were available and cheaper than expected. So good luck and get those items you need. 😚

Some things are only available online while other pieces only being available in stores. So do check availability if going for a particular piece. Otherwise it can be frustrating.
