I went on line to place an order and there is no option to pick up at conshohocken click and collect. Only Pittsburgh, PA (in Pennsylvania). How can I click and collect on line for Conshohocken store?

I had the same issue. at this moment they are not giving that option because of increase demand. somethings are in limited stock so you have to go in and ask an associate to order it and they'll bring it out for you. that's how I had to buy my sectional

Same issues. They state on their site due to demand some locations aren’t currently offering store pick up. You’ll have to call and see if they can manually place the order or ship to home. Ship to home is currently 2-4 weeks out in my area. But for table legs for example that are on backorder I can’t go to the store weekly. So I had them shipped

Should be able to. Call the store to see if there's an issue with the system.
