About like any other retail. Masks are required. Social distance markers on the floor. Plexiglass at the registers. People cleaning surfaces a lot.
Everything Mike said. Just a note, the place is so BIG that you really are not on top of one another. Just at the checkout do you get more of a crowd of people but they have the markers on the floor for social distancing. I was very comfortable there with a pandemic going on.
Masks. Distance at registers. I was there on weekday.
It was quite large. But no one was on top of each other. The associates were friendly and helpful. If an item is out of stock they will order it for you.
The place is big and mostly enough room. It gets pretty crowded on the weekends though. Ikea sort of favorse strolling so sometimes there are bunches of people. Staff are all masked and most of the touch screens are off. There curbside pickup works very well if you know what you want and they have it in stock.
