They also have a flex plan. $19 a month and then you pay $15 any time you go in. You have to commit to 6 months but for me this works great because I don't go that often. My husband uses the $69 plan because he goes more often.
No they don't, but they offer an amazing monthly plan. I think $69 dollars monthly, which includes 8 visits the initial month, and 4 visits every month after. And if you decided to go more than 4 in a month, it's only 10 bucks for each visit after the 4. Veterans get discounts too @ $59 a month!
