The techs seem to be experienced and the turnover has diminished. The crew is super friendly and knowledgeable. I only go here because the oil changes in Rockwall really suck! At least the tiny waiting room is decent. They get you in fast and on your way. Check your emails for coupons, because they do send you good discounts. Highly recommend!

The attendant was very helpful along with a battery that was going bad he let us know the oil plug was leaking and we got it all taken care of quickly before leaving Texas to drive to Des Moines Iowa. Thanks guys

I would give zero stars if possible. I pulled in at 6:18. There were 3 bays with 2 customers. The person in charge spent 10 minutes talking to a girl who had gotten out of her car. At 6:30, one of the oil change guys went to his car and left. At 6:48 my wife asked how it was going and that she was ready to be picked up. So for 30 minutes I sat waiting on these people while I read all their advertising about how great of service they offer. Waste of time and and no service. Thanks for nothing.
