Upon walking in I encountered a cashier by the name Tino who was extremely rude and short with me upon my request to buy a brand new tire from them and I get it I came in about 10 minutes until close, but I had previously been in contact with them the whole hour before while waiting on a tow so the person I was speaking with knew I would be in right before 6 ….. I’m only giving 5 stars due to Chris that stepped in and saved the day…… he stayed over to help my teenage son that had a flat a block away and had to be towed there because the tow arrived about 6:20 due to traffic in that area he was extremely nice and patient with us in which you would think they would all be if someone is buying brand new tires from them so HUGE shout out to Chris he’s a life saver because as a mom in that situation I was very stressed and worried, I even explained to Tino that I was a bit in a panic due to the situation and he continued to be rude and not empathetic at all…..again a HUGE THANK YOU to Chris!!!!! 5 stars to Chris and Chris only otherwise I would have voided my purchase and went elsewhere.

Went in for a tire rotation. Took over 45min. Left, got my truck washed, got home only to find half my tires had been rotated. How?! Update: They fixed it of course. Said, no excuses, we're sorry. Changed from 1 to 2 stars cause it's still pretty annoying and unreliable. However this location is by my house and most likely I'll continue shopping with them. Hopefully next time goes better.

I had a few great experiences and left a positive 5 star review. However, yesterday I stopped in due to a low tire pressure light coming on and was told after waiting that they were too busy to put air in my tire. At that same moment, another customer also waiting for air pointed out several employees standing around chatting and only 2 bays had cars. He and I bot left. I scheduled an appointment for the following morning to look at the tire. Kelly, was a terrible associate and trying to pressure me into committing to buying a set of tires before anyone even took a look to even see if my tire that had a very slow leak could even be fixed or the cause of the problem was visible before taking the wheel off the car. I was shown several different size tires that weren't oe size tires and Kelly even recommended I ditch the factory 17" wheels for some aftermarket 16s with skinnier and taller tires. The car is a civic si (nothing special by any means, but Honda puts larger size wheels with lower profile tires on their sports lines for a reason, or any manufacturer for that reason.) I didn't even ask about wheels and couldn't believe what I was actually hearing. I had a discussion with the assistant manager regarding the issue who then wanted me to speak with the store manager, Chris. But at this point, I didn't even feel comfortable with anyone at this location even working on the car at all. This location went from going out of the way to be helpful and fast and efficient to giving extremely poor advice and pressuring sales and could care less about the actual customers experience and taking care of a repeat customer. I didn't want to change my 5 star review to 1, but I won't recommend anyone I know to goto this location.

Store will not force none mask wearer to leave. It does provide masks to those who enter without a mask. Overheard one representative say mask wasn't mandatory.

Best to get there when they open since it is a first in first out basis and the line can get long quickly for repairs
