Dr. Tamez has been great! Every time I have gone in there, he takes his time and finds out what is bothering you and does extra steps to help treat and address the matter. He is also not afraid to do as other medical professionals and let you know if there is something else that maybe going on, to refer you to a specialist or your primary care physician, and let you know when he is not comfortable doing something/treat something that first needs to be addressed by a medical work up like X-rays and further diagnosis by his partner doctors or medical specialist in the area causing issues. I am great full that he does not just blindly treat a person just because they came through the door for any and all ailments - just like your normal primary care physician would do if you require surgery or a medical procedure they do not specialize in. I highly recommend this Joint facility and its staff!

This place doesn’t care about his clients, except to get them on a repeat program. Having to sign marketing and disclaimers prior to talking to a doctor should be illegal. “Dr” Marcus was unconcerned with my discomfort, as soon as I expressed my objection to signing a document that says all my questions were answered prior to talking to anyone. The woman at the counter was cold and inconsiderate to my questions. This is what happens when the care industry gets managed and marketed by haircut franchises!!!

Cancelation must be done in person. No x-rays for first exam, and not a lot of communication for treatment. Not a great franchise for those seeking immediate help. Good for those who choose long term wellness for their back.

Excellence! When I arrived as a first time patient I had some serious concerns, but the pain (10) I was having in my lower back was unbelievable. I walked in like a 85 year old man on a cane; after one session I could feel my back loosening. After two sessions no more cane and after doing the exercises for one month I'm not only am able to walk with my pain level as low as one I feel like myself again. Thank you.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.

Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
