W.O.L.F. very rarely hires and when they do, they usually prefer to hire volunteers with seniority. I would suggest to start with volunteering and see if it's something you would enjoy-- it is definitely not for everyone! Daily chores don't exclusively include animal husbandry, and many days, it involves no direct work with the animals at all.
Wolves are not social animals, Unless they like you, same with the people who work there, you should volunteer for a month or two and see if it is something that makes you happy
