I've. Found you really need to check your order while you're there. Not impressed with the help at all. I recommend calling the district manager. Should be able to find Arby's corporate office or district office online.
Have been to this location 3 times and I still have not been waited on.waited but never was acknowledged. Left each time will not go back.really in need of some type of management.
We have had the same results at this Arbys. Too much socializing, not enough Customer Service. They have gotten our order wrong 3 times in a row. Never again
