Shante and Melvin was the best when it came to my taxes. I had a problem with a CPA and they fixed it! They both was very friendly. I had an appointment for Melvin, but he was assisting another client at the time, so Shante had no problem asking me if she could help while I wait. She did great, and I was like wow she was fast. I will be definitely going back for any tax prep or help, and I highly recommend using them. Very professional, and they understand that taxes can be stressful. They made me feel calm, and I didnt have to wait as long as other places. Thank you! Shante and Melvin!

Felt she was inexperienced kept asking for help regarding my disability 1099 form. Had to read instructions twice. Did not complete with her. Lack of confidence as to accuracy. Additional charge was excessive for the 1 extra stroke of the key. The disabled should not receive a $200 penalty for that service. Thank you.

For a service that costed me over $300 I sat and listened to my tax preparer talk about work place disputes, issues within the company, and was offered a discount that took nearly an hour to get credit for. Don't use Jackson Hewitt. It's a waste of money and time. I've had them do my taxes for over 5 years to save the headache but this experience brought on a new headache.

I've filed my taxes with Jackson hewitt for the last 15 years with tax preparer Melvin Bradley he is the best there is very professional, well organized never had an error filing my taxes with him so I will continue going to him as long as he is with jackson hewitt

If you have a MyJH account, you can log-in and view your filed tax return. If you don’t have a MyJH account, you can reach out to your local office to see if they have a copy available. If you need a copy of your return from the IRS, you can request a photocopy or a computer transcript. Photocopies and transcripts are free from the IRS. If you need an actual copy, complete IRS Form 4506 and pay a $50 fee for your filed tax return and Form W-2.
To get a copy of your Form W-2 or Form 1099, first contact your employer or financial institution. If we used your W-2 to prepare your tax return, you can log into your MyJH account and view your filed tax return including your W-2. If you don’t have a MyJH account, contact your local office to see if they have a copy of your W2 available. You can download Form 4506 at www.irs.gov to request a copy of the return you filed with the IRS.
