Felt 100% taken advantage of by the asst manager. I explained I only needed 2 weeks of tanning like I had done last year( before i went to mexico and want to do now again before i go to Mexico)and was told "the best deal was $80 for the 2 weeks" I also tried using a $25 coupon that says "use for ANY service OR product" I was told it was ONLY for lotions. After spending $97 to be able to tan for 2 WKS... I left feeling super upset, especially since I saw all these deals and free upgrades after I paid. I called the desert sun on Garfield and pacific and Chelsea instantly looked up my account and saw what I did last year and immediately said I could have paid less and only done my 2wks again. I wish I had gone to the Garfield and pacific location to begin with.... now I get to deal with attempting to get this fixed. Luckily Chelsea has been super polite and extremely helpful. I will no longer go to the desert sun on Mt hwy.

Was new to tanning, the staff took the time and explained every tanning level there is and which one works best for me, not only the staff is friendly always greet everyone and knows everyone name but are respectful and the facility is always clean

Maddy rolls her eyes and is always rude acting like us customers are annoying her. Shes so rude and didnt want to give the customer in front of me cooperate email where are all the nice employees? Where are ll the old ones they were great! Dont do reviews had to use my sons account but it is always that bad every time i canceled
