Ordered my food online, front doors were locked couldn't go through lobby had to wait in the drive through for 20-30 mins got to the window told the employee I'm here for an online order I have my receipt they said they couldn't use that talked back and forth for a min or so until another employee had to tap her on the shoulder and show her our order and explain to her what it was she finally gave me my food but the food was okay just cold the drinks however, I ordered a royal rocky road blizzard it was completely melted and the taste was completely wrong, they forgot one of the drinks the other frozen drink was also melted.

Went in for a banana split, asked it to be made to my directions nothing hard just an exchange of 1 topping and the reorder of 1 other. DIDN'T HAPPEN! Wow not happy!

Look folks, it's a fast food place. As fast food places go, Dairy Queen is better than most for my needs. That said, If I am being honest with myself, or you, I can not give ANY fast food place more than two stars.
