I arrived at 6:37pm on a Saturday to find that the store was already closed for the night… the hours say they should have been open until 8pm. Very disappointing to have my time and gas wasted on the unnecessary trip. If these are the correct store hours, the Google listings need to be updated.

I placed an order last night for uv soak off gel polish top coat. Everything went accordingly on the website. I get there about 20 after 10am (when they opened) and I walk in and I told the lady about my online order. She asked me for my name and what the product was. I told her my name and item and she immediately said "oh we don't have that right now. Maybe it's at a different location." I expressed to the lady that it was for her store and I had screenshots to prove it. I had went to my car to get my phone but once inside I showed her the photos. I told her that I changed the choice of gel that I originally wanted for something else cause it said that that location was out of stock and thats why I put in the order for that gelish brand top coat. All she kept telling me is that she didn't know and that the inventory from online is off to what they have in store cause they are going threw a remodel. She then went out of her way to try and look for gel top coat for me. I also expressed to the lady that this is the 2nd time that this location has done something to me. The last time I was there, the guy working the counter wouldn't even go look in the back for monomer after I said I was in no rush and could wait. He still wouldn't do it. And im a paying customer. Wouldnt you guys want people to spend their money on you instead of competitors? Because of the 2nd mistreatment I've gotten at this Sally's location, I will be buying my items from your competitor, Amazon, because I know I can get my things. I wanted to spend money on the Sally's store to keep the store going with my little contribution but not anymore. I try to make a living with the items I need from the beauty supply store. Now I'm going to take my business somewhere else. I would listen to the public/customers about what's in high demand.

Stopped by today 03.05.21 and they are open and allowing 4 customers in at a time (at this point of the pandemic.) Customers must wait outside if the max of 4 shoppers are inside the store and once a shopper checks out or departs- then the next will be let inside. I do love this store. Always great savings and prices on all my hair care needs.
