I went into the store here to return some body sprays that I had ordered online. I switched them out for other scents that I liked better, no problem. There also were some other clearance specials I took advantage of. The staff is extremely helpful and right there when you need, it they even came out to me and just offered me a bag to put my items in. They're almost seem to be too many of them but I guess too many is better than not enough staff.

Girlfriend was told by an employee that there was a waiting list for items when she called. Talked to a manager today and come to find out they do NOT do reserves and we were LIED to. My bet would be since these holiday items are being scalped someone there is looking to keep the goodies for themselves and make a few bucks. Honestly disgusting to be lied to like that. They've lost my business.
