John fit us in with a very tight schedule on 8/6/22 for 4pm which was awesome. Didn't have four of the tires I wanted after he said he did, so he gave an unexpected discount on four different ones that were in stock. Prices were fair, job was excellent. Customer service was top notch. As for the crew: there were two techs and the manager, on a busy Saturday. They worked their butts off, including the manager, pushing vehicles out with top quality work. These men were exhausted, and I mean EXHAUSTED. They were short staffed, and I remarked how skinny these guys were because they were nonstop. As someone who works in the automotive industry I understand how difficult it is to recruit new workers to do such a physically demanding job. Just because you don't have enough people does not mean you ignore the ones you already have. They were three men doing the jobs of twenty. Fast, efficient, and still kept their cool with the customers. Tire Warehouse, these men deserve raises, good ones, and recognition. Give them extra days off with pay. Give them bonuses. I don't care, but just do it. It's hard to find employees this loyal.

John was a great help. I was visiting from 400 miles away and got a flat tire. His store was the only of any tire repair company within 100 miles radius that could get me a tire within 48 hours to make it back in time with my family. Service was quick, polite and proper. 5 stars across the board!

Paul was fantastic! With margins and inflation where it is one thing you can’t put a price on his customer service and Paul’s was top notch. If I had a business that was hiring I would absolutely steal him from your company.
