Questions & Answers

While moistened wipes are advertised as biodegradable, should they be added to the wastewater stream? I know they are not supposed to be used with lift stations; but is their use discouraged generally?

Do not put any of that in the ww stream. Along with sanitary pads, this stuff is unfortunately common in the stream and a bigger headache than people realize.

No Bangor doesn't have an RV dump station. Dysarts has a dump station. I believe that the Brewer wastewater treatment plant takes RV septage as well.
