I purchased 15 items two weeks ago. Last Wednesday I received one tiny package with one item in it. To my surprise, Ulta claimed they shipped everything. It was one tiny box that weighed less than a pound. I was asked three times to keep checking the box, even though I provided pictures of the tiny box & it's contents. I spent a total of 4 times speaking to people at Ulta to try to get this resolved. I was told Wednesday that it will take less than. 48-hours. Four days later, still nothing. I once again got on their website chat to check the status, and they still hadn't done ANYTHING to resolve their screw up. The person I spoke to on chat today was also rude. I still have no shipping number, my items or a refund. BEWARE! If Ulta screws up an order their go to is to blame the customer instead of fixing their mistake. If you like Ulta's products, stay offline and go to an in person storefront. They don't offer any actual help online. Just excuses and blaming the customer. At least in person you can make sure you leave with the items in your bag. Same can't be said about Ulta.com.
