My wife and I stopped at Mattress Firm in Bangor today. We spoke with the store manager (Jamie). I explained that I had recently slept on a Beautyrest Mattress during a business trip. I gave him the model number and within 5 minutes, Jamie showed me the same mattress on the show room floor. He gave us all the details/specs and we saved over $600.00 because of the July 4th sale. A1 service, quality and price. Took less than 25 minutes start to finish. They even delivered it for no charge. Highly recommend Jamie at Mattress Firm in Bangor.

Mattress shopping is not an easy or common place thing to do so it was nice to run into a salesman (The manager) who listened and didn’t try to buffalo me with unnecessary or educational trivia. I appreciated the efficiency (and the cost!) of finding just the right mattress for my purposes! Thank you.

Knowledgeable salespeople...big selection of beds...so you don't have to buy online without trying a bed! Big mistake that I made! Great return policy and customer service!

This company has poor management service I've have talked with multiple employees and also the "manager" about my refund of a mattress that I returned and I've gotten the same responds "I have sent an email and am waiting for a responds". I have even gone into the store a few times with no success. I have now waited over 30 days since I returned the mattress to the store in Bangor Maine and still to this day I have not received my refund of over $3,000.00. I am very upset with this company and I wouldn't recommend doing business at this location EVER!!! There is a great store with better prices one exit south on Broadway called "The Furniture Gallery" Great customer service and a local business that cares about their customers I highly recommend.
