This was my first time visiting this library after moving back to Maine. I am highly impressed with the friendly staff, especially Jody, in the children's section and the well-kept collections. The atrium, art, and areas are beautiful. I'm very excited to return, again and again.

They are also closed on Saturdays during the summer. And they only close an hour earlier but Fridays have always been 5 pm
There are all-genders restrooms on the third floor near the children's room which serve that role perfectly.

Yes, there are two staff who offer that service. It is best to call before arriving to make sure the staff members will be available when you arrive.

Yes, we have a bunch on the first floor near the Atrium entrance. We received a huge donation not long ago.

It is not the library that does them it is AARP. It starts in Feb. For 3 days Tues. Wed. And Thur Then March and April is just Wed, and Thur until tax day.
