Brought a dingy, dull Coach work bag into them. Found it at an estate sale. The leather was literally white and DRY...VERY DRY on the bottom. Picked it up 10 days later, and it looked like I had just purchased it from the Michigan Ave. Coach store. Good job.

I bought a pair of nice leather boots in Peru, but when I got home and walked around in them for a bit, I realized that they were too tight in the front and were pushing my toes together. I figured that was the gamble I took buying boots internationally, and I would have to sell them or give them away. Then someone told me to contact Tony's. When I called, they told me that they could stretch the toe box. A few days and $15 later, and I have a pair of boots that fits perfectly. I am so glad to know about this place. I feel like they could to anything to make your shoes work for you.
