professional use equipment last longer since they are design to work everyday. The staff here explains things well. I bought a zero turn Toro commercial use with leave bag pick up. The price was fair and the Zero % financing was a no brainer. Part ordering tho for my old john deer took forever, it was not their fault but the manufacturer but thats why I did 4 stars. I had to cancel my order after 3 months waiting. But my Toro zero turn is the best.

I have been a customer of Carol Stream Lawn & Power for over 20 years now. I have purchased a commercial grade 61" zero-turn mower for my two acres, multiple chainsaws, leaf blowers, line trimmers, a 32" snow thrower, etc., from Ralph/Michael and their team and have ALWAYS been impressed by their product selection and expertise. As far as service is concerned, Jimmy and others know their craft. These guys ARE the 'real deal' at repairing outdoor equipment. I see property maintenance companies here all of the time. That tells me a lot. As far as price goes a friend of mine owns a transmission shop with a sign in the office that reads 'Good work ain't cheap.....cheap work ain't good'. I'll take good work every time. December, 2015 - I purchased a Gravely 8199KT back in 1985 and it finally sounded like it was on its death bed. Anyway, C.S.L. & P. picked it up and discovered that one of the valve seats had come loose and that the part(s) were no longer available. They still managed to make the repair, to my 31 year old Gravely. They had my machine for less than 2 weeks and charged me a reasonable amount for parts, labor, pick-up, and return to my house. Who has service like this anymore. REALLY! Thanks to all. Kirk.
