Let me start by saying gerlock was professional and courteous from the moment Denise first spoke with me to the moment Ryan unhooked my truck at the freightliner there in Portland I had a 100 mile tow from Biggs junction and through all the stress I had been goin through they did what they could to help the process go by more comfortably customer service means a lot to me and they did an A1 job my whole month has been full of hassle with repairs but the interaction I had with there team reminded me that there is good people in this world and not to loose hope thanks again gerlock towing for the great experience lol never thought I’d say that about getting my truck towed but it’s true it really was a great experience
