I dropped my car off for an oil change and check up. Eden was the person who helped me and she was INCREDIBLE!! The best experience I've had at Alan Webb (although I've not had a bad experience there yet). She updated me on my car throughout my visit as I stayed in the lobby, and was accommodating and kind. Eden rules, thank you so much!!

The thought of buying a car has always given me anxiety and I've avoided it for 14 years. But when I totaled my 2008 Nissan Rogue, there was no way around it. From the moment I was greeted at the dealership, it just felt right. The team put me at ease and I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. In fact, the whole process of buying my new Rogue was fun and stress free! I couldn't be more thrilled with the whole experience. Henry Welley in Sales was friendly, knowledgable and honest. He introduced me to the Nissan Rogue I eventually ended up buying. He showed me the highlights of the car without being overwhelming. He answered questions with a smile and encouraged me to contact him with anything else I might need.I had a few questions once I got my new car home, so I text him and he was quick to reply. He was great to work with! Aladdin was wonderful going over the sale of the car. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what I was doing... which I really appreciated! He answered questions calmly and confidently and made me feel incredibly confident about buying my car. Hamid in Finance was the last stop of the evening. It was past the time the dealership closed, but I didn't feel rushed at all. Again, he took his time explaining all the forms I was signing and encouraged me to ask questions. I enjoyed visiting with Hamid in between paperwork, we shared some laughs and was the perfect end to the evening. Receptionist was pleasant. I came in to see if my car was under recall and when I get there I'm told, no "all recall" as it has been done. I'm not sure how as I've never been to Nissan since I purchased the vehicle in 2016 and we just heard about the recall. I could gave have 3 hrs of drive time

went in for just an oil change (on service contract) had appointment. After 3 hours I saw my truck outside and it looked like it was done. I stood in line and told them that it looked like my truck was done. It was and I left. 3 hours for an oil change while I was waiting (they knew), with no updates is terrible. I have one more service on the pre-paid maintenance contract and then you will never see me again.

Go to the parts counter with proof of ownership so registration or title in your name
Have you checked all the belts starter, alternator, not sure if todays cars all have timing belts anymore great cars Nissans

Good luck with any dealership. The only time I ever get a quick response is when I'm buying, not when I'm getting service done.
Yep it comes in four door or two door coupe probably convertible as well it is made by Nissan it's their luxury brand pretty much every part is the same as other Nissan models so you can save by just buying a Nissan with the extras and you'll save money not having the infinity badge on it. Same engine same transmission same rear differential look around do your research. Alan Webb Mazda treated me pretty well I've never been to their Nissan dealership. Cheers and good luck
