I am so shocked at how they treated me. I ordered fans from them in October and was told as soon as they got my fans I would be notified. I waited patiently until March. Six months it took to get the fans and when I went to pick them up they increased the price on me from the price I was told I would pay when I ordered them. They have no integrity and choose to treat the customers that are willing to bring them business and wait 6 months instead of get the same products in a week or two from Amazon. At least Amazon gives you the product you expect for the price you are told. Never buy from a store and store manager Gaile Stuart that does not respect their customers!!!I wish I could give them negative stars...

Very snooty and unfriendly staff. I have been in nearly a dozen times and the staff hardly acknowledges you. Their prides are quite high to boot. I would recommend going to Grover or Lowe's for your lighting needs. They do have a large selection and showroom however so that is nice. But no prices are listed so be prepared to ask for pricing on everything.

Unfriendly service. Went here today to look for fans and had quite a few questions trying to find a fan that I liked. I figured a lighting store would be able to help me. The woman behind the counter showed me some options but seemed put out with having to answer my questions. It seems that people shouldn’t have questions and need to just be ready to place an order. If I’m going to spend $300+ on a fan I expect friendly service. I’d recommend Globe Lighting in Portland over this location. I won’t be back.
