Awesome experience! From the selection to buying and scheduling install, everything went so smoothly. They are very experienced and professional. They have a huge selection for a variety of needs - from carpet to tile, etc. Any carpet or tile needs in the future we have will be done exclusively with them.

The service at the store was good and the carpet was ok but they are very lazy. I ordered carpet in June and they never sent me an invoice but they emailed my SPAM folder for 6 months where they informed me they where going to put in collection. My phone number is on the invoice but no calls in 6 months, that is super lazy of them. they could hurt my credit if they sent me to a collections company. if you want good carpet go to them but make sure you check you SPAM folder and call them about payments because they don't care about getting paid.

Hello Patricia, Yes, Carpet USA absolutely can install new floor trim with installation. FYI, with carpet installation, installers usually tuck the carpet under the existing floor trim but if a customer would like new floor trim, we are more than happy to help. Regarding door trim, as a general rule of thumb, we do not install new door trim, we simply leave the existing trim in place. However, we can in some cases install door trim as well. Hi Shirley, As of today, October 16th, I believe we would be able to. However this would depend on a number of variables. We would need to know what type of laminate flooring you were interested in, how much laminate you would need for your project, and what type of labor would be required to prep the floor for laminate. It would be in your best interest to either come by the store and we could discuss what you are looking for, or give us a call and set up a measure so we could come out and get a good idea of what we're looking at.
