This is my number one choice when I come to Buffalo. Connected parking garage, great little cafe inside, pet friendly and (usually) very friendly staff. Did I mention the gym?? One of my favorite hotel gyms anywhere with some top notch equipment. If I could offer any advice it’d be to complementary upgrade your ambassador members without them having to ask 😉

Exceptional service! We had a unique parking situation and the front desk woman and the valet bent over backwards to help us. The entire staff was lovely, including the bartender at Patina. Our room was spacious, clean and with all the amenities. Our dogs loved the stay, especially the biscuits that the front desk gave them. The location is excellent, as it’s in the dining district. And the hotel itself, the lobby, Patina, the overall decor and rooms are beautiful. Thank you for an amazing stay! We will return.

Would be very nice if the public areas had breathable air. Smells like my nose is shoved in someone’s chemical deodorant armpit everywhere while being on slaughter with depression pop music everywhere. What is wrong with calm and clean air? Hard to trust or respect a company that ignores the heath consequences from the chemicals they pump in public areas for the marketing of their soaps. No pool or hottub for such a high end property looks like they are being cheap for the guests to line the pockets of stock holders and upper management bonuses.

Enjoyed the hotel, pleasant staff and clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable as expected from a Westin. Nice restaurant and decent coffee shop. Workout room was large and not crowded. Would stay again.
