Don’t miss this dolphin trip.!! We went on the premium Osprey vessel. It provided an incredibly smooth ride over the ocean waves. We got some refreshing ocean spray and, unlike a big boat, were so close to the water we saw tons of dolphins and other sea life up close. I’ve lived in this area over 30 years and it’s the first time I saw the coast from the ocean. Even if you don’t see dolphins, this trip is worth it just to enjoy viewing the coast from Murrells inlet to Pawleys Island. Captain Jamie and first mate Amy were awesome. Leaned a whole lot about marine life and history of the area. Will definitely be doing this trip again and again!!

This is a great time on the water and yes we saw lots of dolphins, but even better we learned about signs of how to spot dolphins on our own, the ecology of dolphins and how to preserve them for years!

My family of 6 easily purchased tickets for the Blue Wave Dolphin Tour online. Captain Mark was awesome! He was funny and very knowledgeable about dolphins. The boat, the Tursi Ops, had 40 seats. The ride was pleasant, however due to hurricane Ian, the waves were a bit choppy, so my oldest got slightly nauseous. The captain dogs have emesis bags on board.(If you are prone to motion/sea sickness take some medicine beforehand.) We were lucky to see several pods of dolphins up close and in the distance. We saw around 30-40 dolphins! Lots of moms and babies. Some were even jumping out of the water. Overall, this adventure was worth it!!

Great boat captain and helper. We were lucky as we ran into 2 big schools of dolphins with a lot of jumping and acrobatics. A great trip.

If you are talking about the headboat gulfstream trips they just started them back up. Next trip is the 24th. There trip schedules change but they keep the calendar on their website!
The marina itself does not close. It is open year round. The winter hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00 until 3:00. The Ship Store/Gift Shop will be open to sell fuel, snacks, bait, shirts, and more. However, none of the trips run from December through February.
There is dockage but I don't know the rate
Give them a call they are very helpful!
